October provided great weather for our area farmers of which we are all extremely thankful for.  Our big Meat Raffle fundraiser has provide much needed financial assistance in support of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Initiatives here in North Iowa.  Our Rotary vision statement is “Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change-across the globe, in our communities and in ourselves”.  Big shout out to Rotarians and others who worked so hard selling tickets and to the community members who purchased tickets in the name supporting those in crisis here in our own backyards.  We were also able to assist at the Northern Lights Homeless Shelter with some much needed task inside and out they need to get done before Mr Winter show up, Thank You to everyone who was able to assist with that project.
